CIDER
Hale & True ciders are proudly made on-site from a seasonal blend of locally grown Pennsylvania apples. Combining fresh-pressed cider with carefully selected ingredients, we create dry, easy-drinking ciders that are balanced yet complex. All of our ciders are naturally gluten free.

Our original cider made from a balanced blend of seasonal, local apples, fermented dry, 6.9%.

Dry-hopped with Citra hops for bright and tart grapefruit notes, dry, 6.5%.
POGA — 10
A loving tribute to Hawaii and POG made with passion fruit, orange juice, and guava, tropical and fruity, dry, 6.9%
Tea at Five — 9
Fruit-forward cider with Lapsang Souchong tea, bright and juicy with smooth smoky finish, some sweetness remains post-fermentation, 5.0%
Bee Sting — 10
Blended with ginger and local alfalfa honey, balanced with a little kick, dry, 6.9%.
Sail Away — 10
Fermented with mango, juicy, bright, and tropical, off-dry, 6.9%.
