Stop by the taproom to try The Professor, a cider fermented with plum and finished with more plum. This cider is fruity, tart, and nuanced. We also have a featured cocktail made with The Professor, The Scientist. The Scientist is made with vodka, The Professor simple syrup, lemon, aquafaba, and is topped with The Professor cider and plum bitters.

Cider Cocktail Night w/ Philly Distilling at the Taproom
