Ciderfest at Woodford Mansion

Saturday, October 21 & Sunday, October 22, 1:00pm-5:00pm
33rd Street & Dauphin Drive, Philadelphia

Philly’s favorite fall activity returns with the sixth annual CiderFest at Woodford Mansion. Enjoy a picnic lunch and charcuterie board from Charming Charcuterie (available for purchase at the event) while sipping Philly’s finest ciders, wine and cocktails. Bring a blanket and sprawl out on the lawn and listen to live music with a backdrop of the best leaf peeping Pennsylvania has to offer. Learn how local beekeepers are using the onsite beehive to restore the local bee population. Stroll through the famous mansion during the event to see why we are raising money for its preservation and renovations to protect the vast stories of this historic landmark. Event is rain or shine! Cider Cocktail Night with Philly Distilling

Come by the taproom on Wednesday for a collaborative cider cocktail night with Philadelphia Distilling. Hale & True’s taproom manager, Claire Trindle, will be teaming up with head distiller Jack Falkenbach of Philadelphia Distilling to bring a special night featuring cocktails that incorporate Hale & True cider and Philadelphia Distilling products. This is a first come, first serve event that you don’t want to miss. See you there!

Flights & Bites Trivia Night

Blood Batch Cider Release & Chef Reuby x Make ‘Em Bake ‘Em Food Pop-Up

The night of Saturday, 10/28 marks the return of Blood Batch, our Halloween Basement Series cider! Coming back for its fifth year in a row, Blood Batch is fermented cider with blood orange, pomegranate, and milk sugar. We tap the keg at 6:00 pm, and it will be available until sellout. We’ll be joined with food pop-up vendors Chef Reuby and Make ‘Em Bake ‘Em for some cider-centric savory and sweet offerings.

Philly Cider Week Block Party Closing Event

Philly Cider Week takes over 7th Street between South and Fitzwater Streets for an open air festival in celebration of the final day of the fifth annual Philly Cider Week! Local cideries will be set up along 7th Street, along with a selection of local artists and food options. Attendees are encouraged to dress up for a Halloween costume contest!
